Cancellation Policy
Thank You for choosing BRENDA’S LUXURY HAIR to service you, every service comes with a wash if needed.
As for booking please be advice that a late fee of non refundable $25 will be applied if you’re 10-20 mins late automatically, if you are 30-45mins late please reschedule appointment. if I can squeeze in the same day of your appointment the
Deposits are non refundable and cannot be used for another service, if you have 3 or 4 no show/no call appointments,
we’ll penalize you from not booking again! Also appointments canceled within 24hrs before appointment takes place will forfeit your deposit.
A 50% fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24hours of the scheduled appointment.
